Many of us have tried different approaches to health. Some have found success. Others are still searching. This community is not about replacing medical advice or telling anyone what they should do. It is about exploring possibilities. It is about asking questions. It is about discovering what happens when we move our bodies with awareness and curiosity.

Motion Is Lotion

The body is designed to move. When we stop moving, things often become stiff, stagnant, and uncomfortable.

When we begin moving again — gently and consistently — we often discover abilities we thought were lost. In our classes, we will use easy movements that help us reconnect with our bodies.

What We Will Explore Together

Each week, we will meet online and explore simple practices that anyone can begin. Topics may include:

Gentle mobility exercises
Breath awareness
Walking practices
Balance and coordination
Backward locomotion
Qigong-inspired movement
Posture and alignment

Daily habits for well-being

No previous experience is necessary. You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to be athletic. You only need an open mind and a willingness to explore.

08 / The Founder

Meet Sifu Michael

Michael is passionate about exploring human movement through curiosity and awareness. To support this mission, he created the Curiosity Movement Community (CMC), a welcoming space for people who want to learn, move, and grow together.

Members participate in weekly live Zoom sessions where movement is explored through guided practice and discussion. Prior to each class, participants receive a short assessment to help track progress and increase self-awareness.

Michael continues to collaborate with instructors, researchers, and educational institutions to deepen the understanding of movement, visual tracking, and their connection to overall wellness.
